Hey guys, haven't been bloging for a while but now its on again! I'm down in California right now training hard with my PT Paul Hiniker... Yesterday I went down to Nike Town in Beverly Hills for some shopping. Got myself some new shoes and a lot of training stuff.  Thanks Nike! Today I've been training with Paul for 2 hours so now I'm pretty much laying dead in my bed..
